Personal information provided to us is stored securely in a database or spreadsheet accessible only to authorised employees and volunteers. All access to personal information requires a network login that is audited at least annually for appropriate of access, and is terminated immediately when employees or volunteers cease activity with the organisation or change their responsibilities.
